How to cook Carbonara Pasta/Spaghetti


Ingredients:



Pasta

Butter

Bacon

Mushroom

Asparagus (optional)

nama cream (1 pack)

Fresh milk (half cup)

Cheese (quick melt cheese/Parmesan)

Salt & Pepper

1 egg (if you use yolk egg, 2pcs is enough)




Procedure:



Boil the pasta al dente
(use non-stick pan) in a medium to low heat, put the butter, bacon, mushroom. Next is the cream, fresh milk (low heat) mix it. Then again put the cheese (quick melt or parmesan cheese) salt & pepper then add boiled pasta. Then last is the beaten egg. (it cab be yolk or whole egg)
